Our Mission

BNCC supports new families who moved to the United States in the last ten years by connecting them with resources locally. The goal is to help transition to the mainstream community through integration. This includes finding employment, housing, hospital, school, finding local resources, and other daily life challenges that a new families face.
BNCC tries to find ways to help community get into the second phase of resettlement. The first phase is resettlement; the second is what we call a transition. It is when someone is resettled but they are looking for other resources like a stable job, saving money to buy a home or start new business, or go to college/school. The third one is integration. This where the new families find some stability, have a steady income and began to participate in the daily life besides worrying about staying afloat. That could be buying home, start a business, children are in school/colleges, become an active member of the society. When you see this happening that is where we call integration. Our goal is to help transition successfully and get integrated into the mainstream community
