Our Mission
We are a program of LSS. Our mission at the health center is to increase access and provide healthcare for people experiencing homeless, and provide all health services in one location. We are a federally qualified health center (FQHC)

Primarily homeless, low-income population. Those that have also experienced homelesses in the last 12 months is our target population as well.
