Our Mission
Our mission is to help reduce Infant Mortality and the racial disparity in infant death.
More about our Organization
The Y CARES Community Health program works with families that are expecting and/or parenting an infant under one, to make sure they have the necessary resources, supplies, and support. We provide wrap-around service for the entire family to help stregthen the family and reduce maternal stress.
